Summary

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund you — your choice. You do not need to ship the item back for a misprint or damage claim; a photograph is enough.

What is covered

Every item sold from this site. Because each item is printed on demand for you, we cannot resell returns, so we do not run open-ended change-of-mind returns — but defects, shipping damage, wrong item and non-delivery are always covered. Payment is processed by PayPal and refunds go back to the original payment method.

Limits

Size or colour chosen in error is not a defect; check the size guide before ordering. We may decline repeated claims on the same order where there is evidence of abuse. Slight variation in print placement and shade is inherent to print-on-demand.

EU / EEA and UK customers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, running from the day you receive the goods. Goods made to your order can fall outside that right — every item here is printed for you individually — but we do not rely on that exception for anything defective, damaged, wrong or undelivered, which we put right regardless of when you tell us within 30 days.

Korea

Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, a purchase may be withdrawn within 7 days of the transaction. Our policy above is longer than that minimum and applies instead.

How to request

Email ghdejr11@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with the product name and the date of purchase. You may also request the refund directly from PayPal using the receipt it sent you. We respond within 3 business days; the money reaches your card or account on the provider’s normal schedule.
