1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of Inkwell & Co and any digital product you buy through it.

2. What this site is

Inkwell & Co sells physical print-on-demand goods. Items are produced only after you order, by a third-party print partner, and shipped directly to you. Product photographs are illustrative — print placement and colour can vary slightly between items, which is normal for print-on-demand and is not a defect.

3. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your visit or purchase is the one that applies. Material changes are reflected in the date above.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any page or product.

5. Your obligations

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or republish our pages as your own. You are responsible for how you use the information here.

6. Purchases, payment and refunds

Payment is processed through PayPal. Prices are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Orders are put into production after payment and then shipped; delivery time depends on the print partner and your destination. Return and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Text, layout and original graphics on Inkwell & Co belong to KunStudio. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KunStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. We try to resolve complaints directly first — write to us at the address below.
